Returns
My goal is to make sure you love your choices. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make the return process as simple as possible. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of purchase/delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and have all of the original tags still attached. Before returning your item , please email us at info@lavendervineboutique.com. Please include your order number, date and full name. We will email a prepaid return shipping label to you via email. The return shipping cost is the customers responsibility and will be deducted from the original cost of the item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you receive an item that you would like to exchange for a different size, please send us an email @ info@lavendervineboutique.com and we will check to see if we have the desired size in stock. If we do, we will exchange the item after we receive the original item back. If the item is no longer available we will issue store credit only.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
